If you have worked on something that changed how you think about marketing, growth, or performance, we want to hear from you. We are looking for contributors who provide value through research-backed insights and real-world results.

We publish selectively, not frequently.

Who we write for

Our readers are not looking for abstract ideas; they are responsible for outcomes. They are founders, marketing leaders, and specialized teams working on SEO, paid media, content, and web development—environments where decisions have direct consequences.

Submission guidelines

To maintain the quality of our platform, all guest posts must adhere to the following standards:

Originality: We only accept 100% original, unpublished work. We do not accept syndicated content or AI-spun drafts.

Length & structure: Typically 1,000–2,500 words. Use clear headings (H2, H3) and keep paragraphs concise (3 sentences or fewer) for readability.

Style: Write to explain, not to impress. Clarity is more useful than cleverness. While we embrace AI as a research tool, the final narrative must be unmistakably human.

Citations: Every trend, statistic, or claim must be cited from a reputable source.

Visuals: Use original visuals, charts, or screenshots to explain your points. Images should help clarify a concept, not decorate the page.

While we embrace AI as a tool for research and optimization, the final narrative must be unmistakably human. We look for personality, nuance, and a clear point of view.

What makes a piece work here

We don’t just publish articles; we publish resources that hold up on a second read. For a submission to work here, it must meet these four editorial pillars:

Original thinking: We value “experience over observation.” If your idea already exists in the top search results, it likely isn’t a fit.

Clear point of view: Don’t just report on a trend—take a stance on it. We look for a strong, singular argument that challenges or advances current industry thinking.

Evidence-based: Support your claims with specific examples, strategic decisions, or measurable outcomes.

Case studies:  Real-world applications are always better than theoretical “best practices.” If you’re discussing a framework, show how it performed in a live environment.

Reader flow: Use a logical hierarchy that guides the reader through the idea. Every heading should promise a value-add, and every paragraph should deliver on it.

Substance over length: Short is fine; thin is not. We value brevity, but not at the expense of depth. If a sentence doesn’t move the idea forward, it doesn’t belong in the draft.

Explain, don’t impress: Clarity is more useful than cleverness. We prefer simple, direct language that makes complex technical concepts accessible to decision-makers.

Human nuance: While we embrace AI as a research tool, the final narrative must be unmistakably human—featuring the personality, grit, and nuance that only comes from doing the work.

If a sentence doesn’t move the idea forward, it likely doesn’t need to be there. We value writing that holds up on a second read.

Visual asset requirements

Visuals must serve a singular purpose: to explain, not to decorate. We prioritize clarity and technical accuracy over aesthetic flair.

Originality first: We strongly prefer original charts, data visualizations, or platform screenshots (e.g., Search Console, HubSpot, or analytics dashboards) that substantiate your claims.

Frameworks & diagrams: If you are discussing a proprietary process or a complex workflow, include a clear diagram. A well-structured flowchart often provides more value than several paragraphs of text.

Data integrity: When including data visuals, focus on legibility over design. Ensure axes are labeled, legends are clear, and the “so what” of the data is immediately apparent.

Resolution & clarity: All images must be high-resolution, properly cropped, and easy to read on both desktop and mobile devices.

Sizing: In-blog images should have a maximum width of 1000px. Please keep file sizes optimized (under 200KB where possible) to ensure page performance.

Captions & labels: Every visual requires a concise caption that provides context. If a screenshot contains sensitive client data, ensure it is professionally redacted

Stock imagery: We discourage the use of generic stock photography. If a stock image is necessary for conceptual purposes, it must be high-quality and include appropriate licensing credits. If you are using it as a featured image, then it’s still fine.

Credits: All third-party charts or borrowed data visualizations must be explicitly credited with a link to the original source.

Strategic alignment: We utilize abstract, professional featured images that reflect the strategic nature of our content. Please do not write text on images; we strongly reject the idea.

Dimensions: Please provide a featured image at 1000×571 pixels. Avoid clichés or “over-indexed” marketing metaphors.

Before submitting, ask: If I removed the text, would this image still teach the reader something valuable? If the answer is no, the image likely does not need to be there.

How to pitch

We value the time and expertise of our contributors. To ensure a streamlined review, please follow this simplified process.

Please send us an email and include:

Brief bio: 50–80 words detailing your specific expertise or role.

Professional profile: A high-resolution headshot and a link to your LinkedIn or professional website.

Relevant work: 1–2 links to previously published technical or research-oriented writing.

Send your proposal to pratibha@icowebsolutions.com with the subject line: “Guest Post: [Proposed Topic].” We review every submission for technical accuracy and strategic alignment. While we publish selectively to maintain our standards, we will get back to you within 7-10 business days if your pitch is a fit for our editorial calendar. We read every submission, but we don’t respond to all of them.
