• Each designer, developer, content writer, data entry operator or SEO specialist you hire from us will work for you for 22 days in a month in general to deliver at least 160 hours of work.
• The client will have complete control over the dedicated employee hired and the project.
• The communication between the client and the remote employee may be carried out through email and Skype.
• The offshore dedicated employee will work in our development center in India. He will work from Monday to Friday as per the work hours pre decided between ICO and the client.
• ICO will send the latest invoice of every 30 days. All payments need to be made in advance for the present month

Offshore hiring – Part-time Model

• Each designer or developer or content writer or data entry operator or SEO specialist you hire from us will work for you for 22 days in a month in general to deliver at least 80 hours of work.
• The client will have complete control over the employee and the project.
• The communication between the client and the dedicated offshore employee may be carried out through email and Skype.
• The remote employee will work in our development center in India. He will work from Monday to Friday as per the work hours pre decided between ICO and the client.
• ICO will send the latest invoice of every 30 days. All payments need to be made in advance for the present month
